Shipping Policy

Made to order

Every piece is made to order. Once you place an order, we source the blank, send it to our embroidery partner, then ship it to you. Please allow time for production in addition to transit.

Production time

Orders are typically produced within 7 to 14 business days after the order is placed. Larger orders may take longer; we will notify you by email if production runs past 14 days.

The estimates below are transit times after production is complete:

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Free shipping is automatically applied on orders over USD $100.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our partner facility. International shipments may show limited or delayed tracking once they leave the origin country; this is normal.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For international orders (outside the United States), the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged on arrival by the destination country. We are not able to predict or pre-pay these charges. EU buyers, please be aware that VAT may be assessed at the border.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, please email us at orders@twothreeseven.com with your order number and we will open a claim with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reship orders returned to us because of an incorrect address without a second shipping payment.
