These Terms govern your use of librecommelair.com and any related domains operated by YLunga Consulting LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order.
Products and pricing
Prices are listed in the currency you have selected and are exclusive of any duties, taxes, or fees that may be assessed at the destination on arrival. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect orders already placed.
We do our best to display product photos and colors accurately, but actual appearance may vary slightly due to screen rendering and the nature of made-to-order garment production.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we charge your payment method and send an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory issues, or shipping restrictions in your country.
Made-to-order policy
Every piece is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- You have reviewed the Size Guide and selected the correct size.
- You may cancel an order only within 24 hours of placing it, before production begins.
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, sizing errors, or color preference. See the Returns Policy for the limited cases where we will replace or refund.
Shipping
Shipping terms, production times, and customs responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including but not limited to the brand names "Libre comme L'air" and "TwoThreeSeven", logos, designs, photography, copy, and code, is the property of YLunga Consulting LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of this content commercially without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its underlying systems.
- Place orders using fraudulent or stolen payment instruments.
- Use the site to violate any applicable law.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the site or any product you purchase is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YLunga Consulting LLC, its officers, employees, and partners from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Maryland.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
